SINGLE LINE SYSTEM

Description:
This range of piston pump is designed for small meter unit systems.
The pump is supplied with two outlets and should be mounted in a central

location.
One outlet may be plugged and the pump used as a single outlet.

Lubricant:
Oil - Viscosity min 15 cSt max 250 cSt. (77-1150SUS)
To ensure maximum reliability use only pure mineral oil

Outlet: 1/8" BSP (Specify # 3077075 adapter for 1/8" NPT)

Pull the handle up to discharge, push to reset (prime)

Model No. 216040, operation:

Press knob for discharge, pull to reset.
Model No. 216060, operation:
This pump is operated by an external mechanical cam driven by the machine, which when depressed dicharges & spring returns. This pump has an integral relief value.
  RELATIVE VALUE
The relative value is particular for each pump and states the quantity of single line meter units that can be continuosly supplied by the pump for 5 Minute duration.

This value must never be exceeded by the sum of the relative value of the meter units supplied.

Note: The relative value of a meter unit corresponds to the number of drops of lubricant discharged in a minute.
1 drop of lubricant = 33 mm©ø (.002 cu. in.)
