[RST]

The "RST" provides an extended access into confined areas. It is fast, efficient, safe and economical, and it can lift the operator up to 9.5 meters (31'2"). It has also optional European standards approval.

RST SPECIFICATIONS

PLATFORM HEIGHT:
7.8 meters (25’ 7”).

WORKING HEIGHT:
9.5 meters(31’2”).

WORK PLATFORM:
Two operators max load capacity 250 kg (550 Lbs.).

SWING:
45° to each side (total - 90°)

TELESCOPE:
Arm extended by 2.5 meter (8’ 3”)
Safety locking valve at telescopic cylinder

PROPELLING:
Two drive wheels.
Flotation type tires for easy maneuvering and low ground compaction.
Planetary gear with automatic wet disc brakes.

ENGINE:
3 cylinder liquid cooled 20 H.P. diesel engine.
Electric start and shut off.
Engine speed up system on platform.

ELECTRIC SYSTEM:
63 amp battery, master switch, warning lights for engine oil pressure, battery charge and water temperature.
Engine start and shut off control.
Electro/hydraulic platform movement - allows operator to lift, swing, and extrude platform position without running diesel engine.

OPERATING CONTROL
A. FROM WORK PLATFORM:
Six hydraulic controls:
-steering
-arm extension
-propelling
-elevation
-platform leveling
-swing

1. Foot control for increasing engine speed to preset high R.P.M. .
2. Engine oil pressure, battery charge, and water temperature warning lights.
3. Engine start and shut off control.
4. Electro/hydraulic system control.
B. OPERATING FROM MACHINE FRAME:
1. Arm elevating/lowering control.
2. Engine oil pressure, battery charge, and water temperature warning lights.
3. Engine starting and shut off control.
4. Battery master switch.
5. Operating button for electro/hydraulic system.

TOWER ELEVATION
Tower descending speed adjustment and safety locking valve are built into the lift cylinder.

PLATFORM
Leveling automatically.
Can be adjusted manually with hydraulic control.
Safety locking valve on platform cylinder.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
A. Two hydraulic systems:
1. Propelling (open center).
2. Controls (open center).
B. Oil tank: 21 gallons (84 liters) capacity/ Includes:
1. Suction filter (replaceable element type).
2. Return filter (replaceable element type).
3. Oil level and temperature gauges.
4. Filing cap/breather.

HYDRAULIC OUTLET
Auxiliary oil outlet at platform to operate hydraulic tools (open center) 5 G.P.M .- 2000 P.S.I. .

FUEL SYSTEM
8 gallons (32 liters) diesel fuel tank with external element type filter.

TOWING
Quick disengage drive wheels, hydraulic valve for disconnecting hydraulic steering cylinder.

FINISH
1. Machine metal parts are sand blasted, primer and finish paint.
2. Machine bolts are grade 5 zinc plated.

Optional CE - APPROVAL
Machine is tested and approved for C.E. standard by the German T.U.V. .

PACKING:
One or two machines in 40' container.
